1. Executive Overview & Commitment

Recoverly Technologies ("Recoverly", "we", "our", or "us") provides a multi-tenant Revenue Recovery and Operations Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) engineered for appointment-driven local businesses (Clinics, Luxury Salons, Aesthetic Spas, Detailing Studios, and Wellness Centers). We are committed to strict tenant data isolation, zero data reselling, and institutional privacy standards.

2. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Customer Ownership (Rule 1)

Every tenant workspace operating on Recoverly OS is strictly isolated via unique tenant identifiers (business_id). All patient, client, and financial data ingested into your workspace is owned solely by your business. Recoverly will never harvest, monetize, sell, or cross-reference your patient lists with third parties or competing practices.

3. Information We Collect

• Workspace Account Data: Business name, practitioner email, contact phone, operating hours, and localized timezone.
• Customer Ingestion Data: Names, Universal E.164 phone numbers, appointment timestamps, treatment history, and itemized invoice details.
• Messaging Telemetry: Meta WhatsApp Cloud API v20.0 message delivery states and interaction timestamps.
• Financial Metadata: Realized cash receipts, deposit timestamps, and payment gateway order IDs (PCI-DSS compliant).

4. Dual Payment Gateways (BYOK Direct-to-Bank)

Recoverly utilizes a strict dual-gateway architecture:

• Platform Subscriptions: Software subscription and addon fees are processed securely via our master platform Razorpay account.
• Tenant Customer Payments (BYOK): All patient deposits, appointment pre-payments, and treatment invoices are collected directly into your clinic's own bank account via your connected Razorpay API credentials. Recoverly never touches or holds your client booking funds.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You retain full control over your data. You may export your complete customer directory, invoices, appointments, and audit trails at any time via UTF-8 CSV exports. Upon account termination, your data will be retained in Read-Only archive for 60 days before complete permanent cryptographic erasure.
